THE EVENT

Four Nights of Racing

The Slinger Nationals is planned as a four-night event featuring five divisions. Select only the nights you can attend when registering. Your registration is a request and is not confirmed until staff approves it.

Class assignments follow the Slinger Nationals event plan. Exact calendar dates, start times, and any format updates will be confirmed by staff in the Official Slinger Nationals Discord.

REGISTRATION

How to Sign Up

Join the Official Slinger Nationals Discord and check the event announcements. Join the Official Slinger Nationals Discord.
Open Driver Registration on this website.
Enter your iRacing display name and Customer ID exactly as shown in iRacing.
Add your Discord username, team (if applicable), and requested car number. If you select “I have paid,” enter the full name the payment was made under.
Select the class or classes you want to enter, then select the nights you can attend using the schedule above.
Pay the full entry fee at sign-up using the official payment instructions provided by event staff.
Submit your registration and keep your payment confirmation. Entries without payment at sign-up are placed on the waitlist.
Watch Discord for staff follow-up. Your spot and car number are not confirmed until payment is verified and staff marks your entry Approved.

BEFORE RACE DAY

Driver Reminders

Choose nights that match the classes you are entering: Mini Stocks and Street Stocks run Night 1; Open Wheel Outlaws and Pro Late Models run Night 2; Super Late Models have qualifying/heats/LCQs Night 3 and the 200-lap feature Night 4.
Car numbers are requests until staff checks and approves them.
Follow the official FullThrotl Media Racing League Discord for dates, start times, server details, and schedule changes.
Read the rules, prepare the correct car and setup, and follow race control instructions.
If you need to change your class, number, or availability after submitting, contact league staff.

Pricing & Payment Rules

Know the cost before you enter

Review individual class fees, available multi-class discounts, payment requirements, and the refund policy before submitting your registration.

PAYMENT REQUIRED AT SIGN-UP

Entry fees must be paid at the time of registration to be considered for acceptance. Submitting the registration form alone does not secure a spot.

If payment is not received and verified when you sign up, your entry will be placed on the waitlist.
Waitlisted entries are not accepted and do not have a guaranteed spot. A spot may be offered later if staff confirms payment and space is available.
Your entry is accepted only after payment is confirmed and event staff updates your registration status to Approved.

Keep your payment confirmation. Do not send payment details, passwords, or full card numbers through Discord.

ENTRY FEE POLICY

No Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS — ENTRY FEES ARE FINAL

Once an entry fee is paid, it is non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or payment-provider rules. Please review the circumstances below before registering.

A driver changes their mind, withdraws, cancels, or can no longer attend.
A driver misses check-in, qualifying, a heat race, a last-chance qualifier, the feature, or another scheduled session, or arrives too late to participate.
A driver does not qualify, advance, make the feature, finish the race, or achieve the result they wanted.
A driver is penalized, disqualified, suspended, or removed for rule violations, cheating, intentional wrecking, unsportsmanlike conduct, or failing to follow race-control instructions.
Driver-side technical problems prevent participation, including internet disconnections, computer or game crashes, power loss, or equipment, controller, wheel, or settings problems.
An entry contains inaccurate or incomplete information, uses an unapproved class/car/number, duplicates another entry, or does not meet the event requirements.
A driver uses only part of a multi-class entry or discount, skips a night, or later decides not to compete in one or more of the selected classes. Partial refunds for unused classes or nights are not offered.
The event schedule, session order, race format, or session length changes, or an event is postponed or rescheduled.

Entry fees do not guarantee registration approval, qualifying, a feature starting spot, or a particular result. Any event-wide cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and official organizer announcements.

Mini Stocks + Street Stocks: $8.00 total — save $2.00.
Open Wheel Outlaws + Pro Late Models: $15.00 total — save $3.00.
All four support classes: $25.00 total — save $3.00.
All five classes: $40.00 total — save $8.00.

Discounts apply to the combinations listed above. The registration form calculates the total based on the classes selected.

DRIVER CODE · READ BEFORE RACING

Basic Event Rules

Race clean · Respect everyone

These are basic guidelines for Slinger Nationals participants. Any official event rulebook, class-specific rules, race-control instruction, or staff announcement takes precedence if it provides more detail.

01 · SPORTSMANSHIP

Race Respectfully

Race hard, but give other drivers reasonable racing room.
Do not intentionally wreck, retaliate, or use another car as a brake.
Avoid reckless dive-bombs and contact that could reasonably be avoided.
Do not drive backward on the racing surface.

02 · RACE CONTROL

Follow Officials

Obey flags, cautions, restart instructions, and directions from race control.
Hold your line and maintain a predictable speed when approaching a caution or restart.
Do not pass or change lanes on restarts unless the event's specific restart procedure permits it.
If you are unsure about an instruction, safely follow race control and ask staff after the session.

03 · DRIVER ELIGIBILITY

Use the Correct Entry

Register with your correct iRacing name and Customer ID.
Race only in the class and car for which you are approved.
Use your approved car number and required paint scheme or event branding, if specified.
Do not have another person drive under your entry or impersonate another competitor.

04 · COMMUNICATION

Keep It Professional

Be respectful to drivers, staff, and other community members in text and voice chat.
Keep arguments and complaints out of active race-control communications.
Report incidents to staff calmly and provide replay evidence when requested.
Follow announcements in the Official Slinger Nationals Discord for updates and clarifications.

05 · INCIDENTS & PENALTIES

Accountability

Incidents may be reviewed by staff after a race.
Depending on severity and applicable event rules, violations may result in a warning, position or points penalty, suspension, or disqualification.
Do not retaliate on track; submit concerns through the staff review process.
Staff decisions should be addressed respectfully through the announced appeal process, if available.

06 · BEFORE YOU JOIN

Be Ready to Race

Check the event schedule, class assignment, server details, and start time in Discord.
Join with the correct car and a stable connection, and test controls before the session.
Registration is not approval; wait for staff confirmation before assuming your entry is accepted.
Read any class-specific or event-specific rules before racing.

EVENT CONTROL

Class Open / Close & Capacity

Open or close registration per division, set an optional entry limit, and optionally set a closing date. Capacity counts pending and approved entries; waitlisted entries do not occupy a confirmed spot. When a division is full, new entries can still apply but are put on the waitlist.

Class controls are saved to the shared Supabase database and apply to all visitors.

DATA SAFETY

Backup & Restore

Download a snapshot of the currently loaded roster and class controls. This is not a full Supabase backup; use Supabase's database backup tools for disaster recovery. Local restore is disabled to prevent overwriting the shared roster with browser-only data.
